Sales Executive - Construction

Job ResponsibilitiesWorking towards achieving marketing goals based on past performance and market forecasts.

Building and maintaining a customer base by securing new business opportunities along with the existing.

Building relationships with new clients to offer customized solutions and services to drive revenue.

Providing in-depth information to interested clients, and acting as a representative for the marketing department in important buyer meetings.

Dealing with incoming inquiries from clients and attending to the clients visiting the showroom.

Tracking all marketing and sales data and creating detailed written reports and verbal presentations to present to senior executives.

Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies.

Researching prospects and generating leads.

Contacting potential and existing customers via phone, email, and in person.

Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.

Preparing and sending quotes and proposals.

Job SpecificationWe are looking for a marketing executive with the following qualities:

Minimum Academic Qualification:Graduation

Good English and Urdu language communication skills.

High energy levels, money motivated, and target driven - with an upbeat & positive outlook.

Personable, relationship-builder - confident on the telephone as well as face-to-face.
