Methods & Process Engineer M/F

Our O&M Business Line is looking for a Methods & Process Engineer who will have the following responsibilities:

Maintenance Management:

Implement maintenance methodologies;

Assess LCC (Life Cycle Cost) for main systems and provide recommendations and models;

Monitor maintenance quality KPI's and implement continuous improvement processes;

Elaborate technical instructions and operational guides for O&M Activity;

Review, adapt and optimize maintenance plans;

Develop tools to improve O&M sustainability and efficiency based on reliability tools and techniques - FTA, FMEA, ROE;

Review equipment codification for integration into CMMS.

Develop and spread procedures and best practices:

Provide training;

Improve and develop maintenance procedures;

Develop and track maintenance KPIs;

Establish and spread internal standards for O&M Business Line.

Continuous improvement:

Define and implement Improvement Projects using Lean Six Sigma methodologies.

Support continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.

REQUIREMENTS

The ideal candidate will have/ be:

Master's in Electrical Engineering or Engineering and Industrial Management;

At least 5 years of experience in similar responsibilities;

LEAN SIX SIGMA, Green Belt certification or Black belt is a plus;

Experience in the renewable energy sector is a plus;

MS Office tools proficiency;

English proficiency.
