Build your career at Iress! The Group Head of FP&A plays a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction at Iress, delivering high-impact insights to the Executive Leadership Team (ELT) and Board. Your expertise will guide critical decision-making and drive the achievement of key group objectives. We're seeking a proven leader with experience navigating complex stakeholder landscapes and driving initiatives that enhance the efficiency and quality of financial outputs within an ASX-listed environment. Collaborating closely with the Head of Investor Relations, you'll lead a talented team of analysts, ensuring the optimal allocation of resources while upholding consistency and excellence in reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and data insights. Some of the awesome things you'll be involved with:
- Delivering impactful financial performance insights and risk assessments to the ELT and board, in addition to leading budget and forecast processes across the group.
- Crafting data-driven, clear presentations to communicate financial results and strategic recommendations.
- Supporting the CFO and Head of Investor Relations in preparing investor presentations.
- Developing and standardising group-wide reporting templates to enhance decision-making.
- Leveraging data and technology (e.g., Adaptive) to drive continuous improvements in budgeting and forecasting.
- Maintaining and refining short and long term financial forecasts.
- Oversee liquidity and debt management, including cash flow, covenant reporting, and analysis.
- Leading and mentoring the FP&A team, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
- Championing financial process improvements and transformation initiatives.
