Position: HR head Experience Required: 10 years Work Location: Noida Company Industry: Banking & Financial Services (broking) Qualification: Masters (MBA) Salary Range: 20 – 25 LPA Key Responsibility: 1. Proven expertise in talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, growth management, payroll, and statutory compliance. 2. Implement effective growth management strategies to support organizational expansion and implement the competitive strategy for underperforming employees and appraisal policy for good performers. 3. Strong leadership and communication skills: Must have the quality to Work towards the removal of existing/potential conflicts between team members/team leads 4. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. 5. Drive talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top talent. 6. ⁠Track and provide for existing/potential gaps in the team’s size/quality across departments; 7. Manage payroll processes and ensure compliance with statutory requirements. 8. Keeping track of and providing for other existing/potential staffing-related issues of a critical nature. 9. To prioritize the job vacancy and complete the whole recruitment cycle within a given period of time. 10. ⁠Ability to Work towards removal of existing/potential conflicts between team members/team leads 11. Ability to retain in the system for a longer period of time.
