As the Senior Director, Human Resources (HR), you will be instrumental in shaping our people strategy, driving initiatives to attract, develop, and retain top talent. You'll lead our HR team in delivering best-in-class programs and services that support our mission and values while ensuring compliance with regulations. With your expertise, you'll drive organizational success through effective talent management practices and a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies aligned with organizational goals, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
- Partner with executive leadership to drive HR initiatives that support business growth and enhance organizational effectiveness.
- Oversee the performance management process, setting clear expectations, providing feedback, and driving accountability.
- Implement performance improvement initiatives to enhance individual and team effectiveness.
- Lead recruitment efforts to attract top talent, utilizing innovative sourcing strategies and talent assessment methodologies.
- Implement talent management programs to drive employee engagement, development, and retention.
- Establish and maintain positive employee relations, providing guidance on HR policies and procedures, and resolving complex employee issues.
- Foster a culture of open communication and trust, promoting a respectful and inclusive workplace environment.
- Develop global competitive compensation and benefits programs that attract and retain top talent.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to compensation and benefits.
- Design and implement learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
- Identify training needs and opportunities for continuous learning and professional growth.
- Drive initiatives to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within the organization.
- Create a culture where all employees feel valued, respected, and empowered to contribute their unique perspectives.
- Automate HRIS, ATS & other HR tools, implementing suitable technology
- Digitize & improve HR processes, employee data management & communication
- Manage & streamline HR processes, complete critical HR projects and initiatives
- Analyze complex issues related to HR transformation, identify gaps in process, recommend & implement efficient systems
- Conversant in cross border regulations with respect to payroll tax, compliance, work permits & employment contracts and HR practices
- Exposure to other business functions such as finance, sales, operations, to drive meaningful change, strategic alignment and support broader organizational goals
- Utilize data and analytics to inform HR decision-making and measure the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives.
- Develop key metrics and dashboards to track HR performance and outcomes.

- At least 15 years of progressive HR experience including 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing HR strategies & best practices that drive business results
- Experience leading and developing high-performing HR teams in a dynamic, startup environment
- Strong knowledge of employment law, regulations, and compliance requirements
- Substantial experience in HRIS implementation, Performance management, Compensation & benefits, & analytics
- Excellent leadership, project management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business goals into actionable HR initiatives.
- Experience managing and leading a global HR team spread across Asia, US & EU region is a must.
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred
