About the Company: Our Client Company is EOT Crane Manufacturing Industry. About the Role: Designation:- Fabrication Shop Supervisor Education:- BE / Diploma Mechanical Engg. Experience:- 5+ Years Salary:- upto 5.5LPA Job location:- Pune (Pirangut) Industry:- EOT Crane Manufacturing Industry Responsibilities:
- 3-6 years’ experience in heavy fabrication shop.
- Must have experience in production, planning & controlling (PPC), crane industry preferable
- Must have good knowledge to work with SAP or ERP
- In-depth knowledge of welding processes.( GMAW, FCAW, SAW, TIG)
- Good knowledge and hands on experience cutting program (Plasma machine)
- Good knowledge in reading of heavy fabrication & machining drawings
- Good knowledge about geometrical tolerance (Welding , Fabrication,& Machining)
- Manpower handling at least team size of 20-30
- Knowledge about material grade and plate thickness
- Must have good communication skill, soft skills, and leadership
- Hands on experience for Lean & 5S system on shop floor
- NDT process knowledge is must
