We're seeking an experienced Technical Consultant with ABT System and AFC expertise for our Smart Mobility project in the ME region. This role involves providing technical consultancy and PM for new technologies, system upgrades, and new AFC projects, ensuring successful deployment through client and stakeholder collaboration.ResponsibilitiesRepresent FIME as a ticketing technical expert for AFC projects.Support system implementation: impact analysis, requirements definition, design review, test strategy, and deployment readiness for ABT, EMV Open Loop, Gateless Ticketing.Develop and maintain strong client and partner relationships.Ensure vendor compliance and quality of deliverables.Collaborate with Project Manager in technical support during workshops and meetings.Coordinate with team members, stakeholders, and vendors for timely delivery.Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies and handle design review and risk assessment.Manage project communication with stakeholders.Supervise testing, installation, and post-launch activities.Good understanding of the AFC ticketing market (AFC systems, payment services, key activities, and stakeholders in different AFC ticketing implementations).Expertise in Account Based Ticketing requirements implementation.Outstanding leadership and communication skills.Customer-oriented attitude and good interpersonal and presentation skills.Strong analytical skills; self-motivated, committed, and a team player.Fluent in English (mandatory); Arabic is a plus.Our FIME experts are here to help you make innovation possible,from defining, designing to delivering and testing your productsand services.
