Work Experience: 2.0 Year(s) To 4.0 Year(s)Function: Purchase / Logistics / Supply ChainResponsibilities:Apply new techniques to improve quality and production.Conduct rejection analysis and implement process improvements to control and reduce rejections.Inspect material and quality output, manage manpower, and provide training.Maintain production and maintenance records; apply 5S, KAIZEN, and POKA YOKE methodologies.Implement techniques for quality, production, and workplace improvements.Oversee production planning and process control.Maintain records of all materials; possess knowledge of Excel and Word.Have knowledge of ERP and SAP, including RESERVATION, WO, STO, PO, MIGO.Understand receiving, shipping, and inventory management.Monitor daily stocks for better processing.Create Purchase Orders (PO) in SAP.Summarize approved bills and forward all bills after approval to the finance department.Create GRN register in computer ERP and SAP.Supervise store activities, including material handling, unloading from suppliers, and issuing materials to the production floor.Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills:Candidates must possess a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with 2-4 years of experience in purchase procurement.This is an MNC Automotive Products Manufacturing company (a client of Success Placement Services).Apply NowInterested candidates are requested to apply for this job.Recruiters will evaluate your candidature and will get in touch with you.
