Maintenance Supervisor

Fleet Management (Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics) Based at our site in Stapylton (4207), you will coordinate and facilitate a variety of asset and maintenance tasks for Veolia's key City of Gold Coast contract. You will also ensure the effective execution of all plant maintenance and asset programs and associated day-to-day activities. What you'll be responsible for

• Manage the maintenance programs in a manner that maximises the life cycle, serviceability, and availability of the Plant and its components.
• Ensure that stocks of spare parts are monitored and kept at optimum levels.
• Monitor maintenance costs and make recommendations for improvement.
• Undertake routine and breakdown maintenance tasks.
• Coordinate quotes and place orders up to the delegated limit.
• Manage operational maintenance projects, prepare review method statements, and coordinate contractors as necessary.

What you'll need to be successful

• Trade qualification in mechanical and/or relevant tertiary qualifications in maintenance management.
• Motor vehicle driver's licence.
• Good understanding of computing systems.
• Responsibilities under the OH&S Act and Regulations.
