Full time Base salary & super + quarterly bonus + company car Are you a dynamic and results-oriented professional looking for a challenging role in the car rental industry? Europcar has an exciting full time opportunity for an Area Manager South Queensland to lead a station cluster across South Queensland on a 12 month maximum term contract . The successful candidate will also assist with the management and development of team members, ensuring that customer satisfaction remains a top priority. Leadership and strategic thinking will be key to driving success in this role!

- Lead a cluster of stations across South Queensland, aligning with Europcar values and goals
- Foster a customer-first culture at all touchpoints
- Ensure operational excellence and policy adherence, reflected in audit results
- Develop management teams to exceed KPI targets
- End-to-end people management experience
- Collaborate with Fleet to ensure optimal vehicle mix and fleet utilisation
- Promote Europcar service and quality standards to meet expectations
- Continuously review outsourced operations
- Minimum 3 years senior management experience in multi-site operations or large teams
- Extensive knowledge of car rental or similar retail industries preferred
- Strong leadership and people management for on-site and remote teams
- Customer-first approach with an operations background
- Business acumen to drive statewide revenue growth and profitability
- Analytical skills with experience in financials, wages, and headcount control
- Ability to motivate teams towards shared goals and KPIs
- Resilient, hands-on, and adaptable under pressure
- Experience with cost control and budget management
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Flexibility in travelling intrastate and interstate on a regular basis
