Marketing Executive ( FEMALES ONLY BE OWN VISA OR HUSBAND VISA )

Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executive to join our team and lead the marketing efforts for our upcoming Free Eye Test Campaign. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to companies through various channels such as email, phone calls, and other communication platforms to promote and drive participation in our campaign. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of marketing principles, and the ability to generate leads and build strong business relationships. Responsibilities:

1. Campaign Planning and Execution:
   • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote the Free Eye Test Campaign.
   • Create targeted outreach plans to engage companies and organizations.
   • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.
2. Lead Generation:
   • Identify potential companies and decision-makers interested in participating in the free eye test initiative.
   • Utilize various channels such as email, phone calls, and other communication platforms to generate leads.
3. Communication:
   • Craft compelling and persuasive messaging for email campaigns and phone calls.
   • Effectively communicate the benefits of the free eye test campaign to potential participants.
4. Relationship Building:
   • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within targeted companies.
   • Collaborate with external partners and stakeholders to maximize campaign reach.
5. Data Analysis:
   • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
   • Provide regular reports and insights to the marketing team for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in marketing, especially in outreach and lead generation.
3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
4. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
6. Results-driven with a focus on achieving targets and objectives.
7. Familiarity with CRM software and marketing tools is a plus.
