What you will be doing:

Provide clear guidance and direction to the bar team, fostering a positive work environment.
Lead by example in crafting innovative cocktails that align with our brand and what our customers love.
Train bartenders on recipes, mixing techniques, and presentation standards.
Team up with management to develop and update the cocktail menu.
Work with the kitchen team to ensure drinks and food are a match made in heaven.
Conduct regular inspections of the bar area and equipment.
Oversee cash handling procedures and register reconciliation.

Your experience and skills include:

Guest-focused personality is essential; experience is an asset
Passion for hospitality – creating memorable experiences for others
Previous bartending experience preferred.
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work cohesively with colleagues as part of a team.
