General Manager

Experienced General Manager for a Local Pub in Dublin,

The Candidate:

Previous experience in a similar role in a busy property

Will have experience as Restaurant or Bar General Manager or an F&B Manager

Sound knowledge and passion for food & beverage

To oversee the day to day running of the food and beverage

Implement SOP's

Previous experience with KPI's, stock control, costing, forecasting, beverage budgets and GP.

Strong leadership skills to effectively manage and motivate the team to achieve a high level of performance

Excellent customer service skills

Training and rostering of staff

Strong experience with back office systems

4 and half day working week

Must have food experience

Requirements

Must Have 3 Years Experience in Ireland

Must be available to work nights. Must be available to work weekends. Mix of day and night shifts

Fluent English

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to €47,000.00 per year
