Store Manager

Pay: From $30 to $32 per hour for hours worked, 40 hours per week. We are looking for an enthusiastic, focused, and management-oriented person to join our successful team in delivering excellent customer services. The Store Manager has primary responsibility for the operating profit of their site and ensures their store builds and maintains its reputation for providing excellent customer service to encourage customer loyalty. The Store Manager is responsible for growing retail sales in all categories and for identifying and implementing best practices in all functions of the business. The Store Manager is expected to be, first and foremost, a leader of their team, to lead by example, through their actions and by maintaining excellent relationships, disciplines, and processes. This position ensures competent, capable employees are recognized and developed through ongoing training.

Minimum Requirements:

1. 3 years Management experience required
2. Business certificate/diploma level 6 or above
