Chief Information Security Officer

Please note strong BFSI experience is necessary!! POSITION IS FOR DEPUTY CISO Key Responsibilities

• Report cybersecurity readiness and IT risks to the board quarterly; serve as Member Secretary for IT Security Committee.
• Ensure compliance with Information Security Policy, manage the Security Operations Center (SOC), and develop incident response strategies.
• Monitor cyber threats, design security strategies, and maintain Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Conduct risk identification, assessment, and response aligned with enterprise risk management and regulatory compliance.
• Design, implement, and monitor information systems controls, ensuring alignment with business objectives and risk tolerance.
• Facilitate policy development, audits, and compliance reviews to maintain robust governance.

• Education : Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s in IT or Business (banking focus) preferred. Relevant certifications (CISSP, CISM, CISA, or CRISC) are a plus.
• Experience : 10+ years in information security risk management, ideally in banking (Consumer/Retail).
