ServiceNow Developer

ServiceNow Developer to join our team and help us deliver high-quality IT operations management solutions to our clients. You will be responsible for developing, configuring, and customizing ServiceNow ITOM applications, such as Discovery, Service Mapping, Cloud Management, and Event Management. You will also integrate ServiceNow ITOM with other ServiceNow products and external systems and provide support and troubleshooting for the ITOM platform. · Experience in ServiceNow development, with a focus on ITOM modules · Proficient in JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML, CSS, and REST APIs · Familiar with ServiceNow best practices, coding standards, and documentation · Knowledge of ITIL framework and IT operations management concepts · Experience in working with cloud platforms, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud · Experience in using ServiceNow plugins, such as MID Server, Pattern Designer, and Service Graph Connector · Experience in creating and maintaining custom patterns, probes, sensors, and schedules for ServiceNow Discovery · Experience in designing and implementing service maps and configuration items for ServiceNow Service Mapping · Experience in managing and optimizing cloud resources and costs for ServiceNow Cloud Management · Experience in configuring and using event sources, rules, alerts, and actions for ServiceNow Event Management · Experience in migrating and integrating data and applications from legacy systems to ServiceNow ITOM · Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills Location - Remote Client - Dubai
