MEP SUPERVISOR (MANAGEMENT)

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HVAC Supervisor to lead and manage our team of Engineers. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of HVAC systems, installation, T&C, excellent communication and leadership skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise, train, and motivate a team of HVAC Engineers to ensure efficient and effective operations.
- Assign Engineers to jobs, and ensure timely completion of all tasks.
- Oversee the quality of work performed by Engineers, ensuring compliance with industry standards and company policies.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex HVAC issues, providing technical guidance to Engineers when necessary.
- Communicate effectively with clients, addressing concerns and providing updates on service progress.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and procedures, maintaining a safe work environment for the team.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement strategies to enhance team efficiency.
Minimum Requirements:
- Diploma/B.Sc. in Electrical or Mechanical or any relevant field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HVAC system, installation, testing, and commissioning.
- Experience with energy audits and site surveys is a plus.
- Proficiency in HVAC systems, electrical termination, and mechanical installation.
- Strong understanding of the installation procedures as per the standards.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
- Follow safety rules and report on safety issues.
- Prepare daily/monthly reports.
- Relevant certifications in HVAC, or energy management are desirable.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to work on-site, including lifting and maneuvering equipment and working in various environmental conditions.
- The role requires both office work and fieldwork, including site visits, inspections, and hands-on technical tasks.
- Occasional travel may be required depending on project locations.
