وصفPosition: IT Manager. Oversee daily operations of the IT team, manage network security, virtualized systems, and Active Directory. Manage IT spend budgets, software licensing renewals, and negotiate contracts with vendors.Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.Minimum 5 years of experience in IT management, with focus on network infrastructure, virtualization, system administration, and budget management.Hands-on experience with VMware ESXi or similar virtualization platforms.Expertise in Windows Server Administration and Active Directory management.Solid understanding of firewalls, DMZ setup, and network security best practices.Proficient in managing switches, routers, and other network hardware.Experience with Group Policies, Web Application Filtering, and VPN technologies.Knowledge of disaster recovery, backup solutions, and IT project management.Strong vendor management and contract negotiation skills.Proven ability to manage IT budgets, licensing, and cost control.Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and team leadership abilities.Certifications:VMware Certified Professional (VCP)Microsoft Certified: Windows ServerCertified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)
