The successful applicant will be responsible for achieving sales targets (Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly) across different Qatar channels and respective accounts that he will be responsible for, through improved Channel management, forecasting (Sell-out and Sell-in), PSI, Marketing initiatives and consequently improving sell-through.Role and Responsibilities:Management of decision to strengthen the capabilities of Qatar (All channels) distributor and channel. This will happen by development and execution of GCC sales strategy and the expectation of growth in 2024/25Establish strong relationship with Qatar partnersBuilding the capability of OR and Traders Enhancing Sell out /Sell thru operationPlan and execute sales with Key accounts (Distributors, OR, IR, resellers, Trade)Steer efforts to achieve weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual market share & sales targetsFacilitate decision making by senior management on sales & service strategies to meet demands of accounts by providing market inputs and recommendations associated with channel experience and end customer feedbackBuild strong long term relationships with key accounts, at all levelsIdentify requirements and work towards finding a solution to remove any barriers to salesMaintain healthy level of inventory to support sales delivery as per business planInform potential clients about company's new products and price development details on regular basisManage and implement situational pricing in respective countries, and maintain pricing harmony among online channelsWork closely with local teams in successful launch of new products & solutions and implement campaigns in the regionWeekly planning of stock allocation by accountSkills and QualificationsMinimum 5-8 years related experience in sales / key account managementExperience in a similar role in the industry.Must have experience in QatarMust have Consumer Electronics backgroundStrong management and leadership skillsEffective communication skills in English and Arabic is advantageous
