Here’s what you can expect and count on in your new role as an Associate/Senior Ecologist with EMM:

- Your work will see you leading ecology field surveys, preparing high-quality reports and proposals as well as building excellent project management skills, supporting the delivery of significant projects across multiple sectors.

- This is a hybrid position that would combine home working with team collaboration days at our Brisbane office.
- The role will require fieldwork across the State.
- 7 years plus relevant post-graduate experience, preferably gained within an ecological consultancy environment.
- Extensive experience with planning and leading ecological field surveys and plant/botany identification skills.
- Solid experience undertaking regional ecosystem surveys and BioCondition assessments.
- Ability to research, prepare documentation and draw conclusions to support recommendations for review.
- A degree in ecology or a related discipline.
- Highly developed written and oral communication skills.
- The ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
- Great relationship skills including the ability to liaise with the team, clients, and all relevant stakeholders.
- Have a current/valid unrestricted QLD driver’s license.
