Warehousing, Storage & Distribution (Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics) Full time Location: OCAM 4x4 Accessories, Rocklea 4106 About the Role A permanent Warehouse Manager is required, based in Rocklea 4106. Reporting to the General Manager and Directors, you will take full accountability and responsibility for the day-to-day running of warehouse operations while developing and coaching talent along the way. You will have the responsibility of the outgoing distribution and incoming. Your Responsibilities:
- Leading and managing the day-to-day operations of warehouse distribution
- Managing the operational systems and processes
- Leading and continuously developing staff
- Overseeing and enforcing health and safety standards
- A warehousing management background (Requirement)
- Strong hands-on approach
- Strong leadership skills
- Strong written and analytical skills
- An innovative mindset
- The ability to be both strategic and ‘hands-on’
- High level of computer skills required
- Requirement to train staff
