Sales and Marketing Supervisor

Overview: The Sales and Marketing Supervisor is responsible for leading and managing all marketing

efforts, sales campaigns, and field operations within MiCash Microfinance Cooperative. This role

encompasses the responsibilities of supervising marketing staff, developing market strategies,

conducting market research, and overseeing loan processing as well as the activities of field agents.

The Sales and Marketing Supervisor plays a vital role in driving customer engagement and ensuring

the successful implementation of sales initiatives. Responsibilities: • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote MiCash’s services and

enhance brand visibility.

• Manage and supervise marketing staff, ensuring that marketing campaigns are executed

successfully.

• Conduct market research to identify customer needs and preferences, as well as emerging

trends in the solar energy sector and food sales and distribution.

• Oversee field agents and loan officers, coordinating their efforts to maximize outreach and

client acquisition.

• Evaluate the performance of field agents and loan officers, providing guidance and support to

achieve sales targets.
