The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build

new business for the company. This candidate will strategically plan their approach to clients

and offer compelling solutions to cater to the client's needs. They are responsible for

maintaining and developing relationships to meet sales goals.

PurposeWe are looking for an ambitious and energetic person (from a Software House background) to help us expand our client base.

He will be the face of the company, creating and implementing an effective sales strategy.

The goal is to stimulate sustainable financial growth by increasing sales and building strong customer relationships.

Key ResponsibilitiesFind a niche in the market by finding, developing, defining, and closing business relationships.

Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.

Investigate potential business opportunities by analyzing market strategies, organizational needs, and products.

Locate or propose potential business deals by contacting potential partners.

Promote the company's services addressing or predicting clients' objectives.

Prepare business contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines.

Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices, etc.

Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.

Build long-term relationships with new and existing clients.

Determine options and set internal priorities.

Investigate the risks and prospects for business success.

Ensure the achievement of the needs and business goals of our clients by communicating with our technical team and responding accordingly.

Enhance the organization's reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests.

RequirementsCandidate should have experience in customer service.

4 to 7 years of experience in the same role.

Candidate should be proficient in MS Office and other CRM software skills (such as Salesforce).

Must be proficient in English having experience dealing with local and international clients.

Candidate should have the ability to maintain long working relationships.

Candidate should have planning and time management skills.

Candidate should be able to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.

Candidate should be able to work according to different time zones.

Candidates must be able to build and manage a business development team.

Minimum Bachelors in relevant areas of study, knowledge of technical background (IT) is a plus.#J-18808-Ljbffr
