About the Role:We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Supply Chain Data Analyst with strong business acumen to join Business Intelligence team. The ideal candidate will have a foundational understanding of data analysis with a strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Knowledge of SQL, Power BI, and Python is advantageous but not mandatory. This role offers an excellent opportunity to apply analytical skills in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Job Responsibilities:
Data Analysis:Collect, clean, and analyze data to provide actionable insights for supply chain optimization.
Reporting:Create and maintain reports using Microsoft Excel, ensuring data accuracy and clarity.
Data Management:Support the management of data sets and databases relevant to supply chain operations.
Trend Analysis:Identify and analyze trends in inventory, logistics, and other supply chain functions.
Collaboration:Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather data requirements and deliver analysis to support decision-making.
Process Improvement:Assist in identifying areas for process improvements and recommend solutions based on data analysis.
Documentation:Maintain comprehensive documentation of data analysis processes and findings.
Qualifications:
Education:Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Experience:2-3 years of experience in data analysis, preferably within a supply chain environment.
Technical Skills:Proficient in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, charts, etc.).
Basic knowledge of SQL, Power BI, and Python is a plus.Analytical Skills:Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Communication Skills:Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Organizational Skills:Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
