Education: DAE, B-Tech with 4 to 5 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor.
Responsibilities:
Preparing Bill of Quantities (BOQ).
Material take off for Tendering and Procurement purposes.
Preparing and sending Enquiries to suppliers.
Price comparison of the quotations.
Ensuring the quality of the work on site in terms of proper material usage and installation process as per the approved shop drawing.
Preparation of interim payment certificates.
Dealing with sub-contractors and certifying their bills.
Assisting with processing variations and extra works.
Preparation of bills for variation works.
Negotiation with sub-contractors.
Preparation of progressive payment bills.
Comparison between Tender and Construction stage and cost analysis.
Preparing work progress reports.
Maintaining daily reports as well as monthly reports.
