Responsible for developing budgets and long-range facilities plans based on company growth and future facility's needs. Oversees the coordination of space allocation and layout, communication services and networkingrequirements. Responsiblefor facilities security. Monitors budgets and approves contracts and purchases. Estimates labor/materials costs for construction repairs. Acts as liaison with outside vendors and suppliers.Role and ResponsibilitiesWhat will you achieve?Responsibilities:Plans facilities changes for office, and production equipment layouts.Reviews and estimates design costs includingdesign,equipment, installation, labor, materials,preparation,and other related costs.Developing performance specifications and ensuring compliance with building codes and safety regulations.Managebudgets andapprovescontracts andpurchases.
