Education:Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
Compensation:Market Competitive
Job ResponsibilitiesDevelop detailed Mechanical design and drawings for HVAC, Plumbing, Vertical Transport and Firefighting systems.
Perform calculations for HVAC, plumbing and other mechanical systems
Analyze project requirements and provide technical solutions.
Prepare and review project specifications, budgets and timelines.
Oversee the installation, testing and commissioning of mechanical systems.
Ensure all mechanical work complies with relevant codes, standards and regulations.
As our ideal candidate, you should have:Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
5+ years of experience in design of Building services
Demonstrated proficiency in the design and analysis of HVAC, Plumbing, Vertical Transport and Firefighting systems.
Ability to work independently
