Job SpecificationWork closely with project managers, user interaction designers, and other software engineers to develop new product offerings and improve existing ones.

Lead all software development activities of the company or its clients.

Oversee the development team, manage the full life cycle of the process, monitor research, review codes, and supervise any testing.

Make important decisions and ensure that those decisions are communicated, understood, and ultimately implemented.

Develop testing strategies and technologies to ensure bug-free releases.

SpecificationsBS (Software Engineering/Computer Science) or a related field, or significant experience.

3 to 5 years of experience as a senior/mid-level software engineer in a reputable organization.

Preferably good expertise in Java/C++ programming.

High level of interest in working on popular mobile platforms and web-based applications.

Candidates with proven expertise in iOS development (preferred but not mandatory).

Excellent programming concepts, strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
