Network/ Hardware Troubleshooting Specialist

Munarsh IT Services, PakistanA Network and Hardware Specialist is required to perform diagnostic, troubleshooting, and maintenance work for the company, visiting clients in a pre-defined territory and market segments. The role involves frequent interaction with customers, driving promotional campaigns in the territory, and assisting the Promotion Manager to achieve revenue targets of Network Solutions while staying updated about market trends.

Key Performance Areas:Develop and maintain customer relations in the pre-defined territory/market segment.

Identify and diagnose problems, resolving them at the work site.

Installation of any kind of operating system, drivers, and software.

Backup and data recovery.

If problems cannot be resolved on the spot and are time-consuming, bring customers' PCs to our workstation.

Assist the network administrator in creating a new network on customer sites.

Job SpecificationEducation and Experience:

Bachelor's in I.T.

A+/N+ knowledgeable (Certification Preferred).

2 or 3 years of experience in a related field.

Familiar with the local market.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

Possess knowledge of hardware and network.

Ability to self-start and work with minimal supervision.

Good verbal and written communication skills.

Willing to travel in the territory.

Good presentation, interpersonal, and human relation skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks.
