Business Manager to the CFO of Aegon GroupThe main purpose of the role is to provide all-round strategic and operational support to the Chief Financial Officer on a daily basis, ensuring high-quality and timely implementation of key projects through in-depth analysis, challenge, and structure.PositionYou will work closely with and support the Chief Financial Officer. You oversee various aspects of managing the critical deliverables including preparing presentations, synthesizing complex information, and interacting with senior stakeholders and the Executive Committee.RequirementsMaster's degree in Finance, (Business) Economics, Actuary, General Management, or equivalent6-8 years of financial experience at an international financial institution (banking or insurance)High level of drive, results-driven, focused on getting things done, self-starterExperience in technical modeling skills to help evaluate opportunitiesExcellent analytical skills and project management skillsMust be able to communicate clearly and effectively (written and verbal), as well as persuade and influence at all levels of the organization, including Board levelFluency in English (both written and oral)Flexible and able to deal with tight deadlinesGood sense of humorWhat are we offering?Compensation levels depend upon an applicant's qualifications and will be determined by hiring supervisors/managers and HR.You will receive a thirteenth month and a holiday allowance in the form of a monthly flex budget, amounting to 16.7% of your monthly salaryPlenty of scope and budget for your personal developmentA minimum of 27 holiday daysReimbursement of your travel expensesA good pension schemeAbout AegonPeople are living longer, and at Aegon we are excited by the opportunities this brings.
