What is Intern - Corporate and Regulatory Affairs?

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Intern to join our Regulatory Projects, Interconnect and PR Team. The ideal candidate will be eager to learn, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

The role reports directly to the Head of Regulatory Projects and PR with an extended team of 4 team members.

What will Intern - Corporate and Regulatory Affairs do?

Assist in researching regulatory requirements relevant to our industry.

Support the preparation of regulatory submissions, including applications, reports, and filings.

Assist in maintaining corporate records and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

Work collaboratively with teams across the organization, including Legal, Compliance etc. to support various projects and initiatives.

Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to gather information and provide updates on ongoing projects.

Provide general administrative assistance to the Regulatory team.

Analysis and Research

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Administrative Support

Generate useful insights through research on industry and global trends.

Prepare and present periodic reports on the assigned projects.

Attend team meetings and meet the stakeholders related to the assigned projects.

Brainstorm and come up with creative ideas on existing processes and systems.

Provide assistance to the department to improve their coordination and productivity.

Be mentored by a Jazz professional to guide you through your extensive learning experience.

Attend social networking activities and build relationships with your peers/stakeholders.

Requirements

Bachelor's in a relevant field or equivalent role experience.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to research and interpret complex regulatory requirements.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a deadline-driven environment.

Demonstrated initiative, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.#J-18808-Ljbffr
