Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist visitors with inquiries about our services and products, offering professional and friendly support.

Handle incoming calls to provide detailed product information, resolve customer inquiries, and address any concerns.

Process and manage customer orders, including cancellations, while keeping accurate records of interactions, transactions, and complaints.

Ensure timely follow-up on customer requests, coordinating with other departments when necessary.

Stay up-to-date with our services and promotions to effectively assist customers.

Internship Details:

The internship will last a minimum of two months.

Successful performance during the internship could lead to a permanent job offer.

This internship offers a stipend ranging from PKR 10,000 to 20,000, based on your performance and experience. You will gain valuable skills in customer service, sales, and communication, with the potential for future full-time opportunities based on your performance.

Job Specification:

Proficiency in English and Urdu, with a clear and professional accent.

A basic understanding of call center operations and customer service principles.

Flexibility to work in various shifts as required.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Minimum education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree.
