REGIONAL MANAGER I | inland regions

We are on the lookout for a Regional Manager in any Inland Regions . As a Regional Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Effective client and customer relationship management
• Achievement of sales targets
• Effective operational management
• Effective people management
• Effective budget and financial management (as required by Business Unit)
• Effective knowledge sharing (including management of field intelligence)
• Effective administration and asset management
• Effective teamwork and self-management

• 5 – 6 years’ relevant experience in FMCG or sales environment
• Relevant Diploma or Degree
• Strategic thinker and analytical skills
• Ability to influence and motivate others
• Excellent leadership
• Good business and financial acumen
