Store Manager salary will vary DOE € Full flexibility is required but typically early shifts. Responsibilities for this Retail Store Manager Job: Ensure the site runs efficiently and smoothly. Ensuring the store reaches maximum profitability and achieves other financial objectives Ensuring your team demonstrates excellent standards in merchandising, customer service, and hygiene that reflect's well on the group's reputation Managing all HR, H&S related queries, ensuring your retail shop is compliant with all these matters. Requirements for this Retail Store Manager Job: Must be a proven and experienced retail grocery store manager or assistant manager in a similar retail food environment who is ready to step up. Excellent organisation and leadership skills are a must, and one must possess the ability to lead and motivate teams under them, such as deli charge hands, Assistant Managers, and Supervisors and other senior staff. Commercially astute, looking for opportunities to increase revenue by knowing the retail landscape, and managing costs effectively, and using your supplier network to your advantage.
