This is an exciting opportunity for a QFA Qualified Administrator / Sales Support to join a Reputable & Busy brokerage firm, in overseeing the Life Sales Unit. This may suit someone looking to make a step up into a managerial role! The Role; Work with the Head of the Completions unit to deliver Life targets Manage Life team, oversee activity on a daily basis and delegate tasks Train new and existing staff on life team Case management of new business pipeline Ensure all business dealt with meets the company requirements Liaise throughout the process with clients, providers and any other relevant third parties. Ensure all business dealt with meets compliance standards Process all new business through the various industry online systems Ensure excellent client service standards are maintained with all client groups Respond to all request/queries in an appropriate and timely manner Requirements; QFA qualification 3+ years experience as a life / life & pesnions administrator in a brokerage firm Strong understanding of Irish market leading products, especially life products Strong leadership skills and high attention to detail Strong administrative and organisation skills Experience with a CRM system Benefits; Pension Health Cover Bonus Hybrid Working Flexi-Time Laptop Short Friday Finishes Income Protection Please apply through the portal or send your CV to for consideration!
