Job OverviewThe job incumbent is mainly responsible for establishing and maintaining Cisco Small and Medium Business account plans to promote sales growth in a specific market segment.Duties & ResponsibilitiesDriving and managing the Small and Medium Business accounts in the covered market.Establishing and maintaining account plans to promote sales growth.Establishing relationships with partners at all organization levels including senior executives.Recruiting and developing business relationships with new partners.Sharing feedback to plan, execute, and manage promotional activities to drive significant sales growth.Fully engaging with Partners' business managers' team.Liaising with vendor SMB team and partner sales team to effectively manage and close active deals.Achieving or exceeding assigned quota for Cisco product portfolio.Following up for payment and maintaining credit lines with all partners.Providing accurate forecasts of deals and sharing feedback for accounts managed on a weekly basis.Skills & QualificationsBachelor's Degree.2-4 years of selling experience at Information Technology (distribution level) in wired, wireless, and security networking solutions.Very good command of MS Office.Excellent communication skills.Ability to handle multiple partners at the same time with a high quota.Ability to handle credit lines with the internal team and partners.Ability to recruit new partners.Solid experience in selling to partners in a complex environment.Solid understanding of the IT industry, competing vendors, and the channel.Solid understanding of pipeline management.Good communication (verbal and written) in English.Reports toBusiness Unit ManagerRemunerationAn attractive remuneration package will be offered to the successful candidate according to qualifications and experience.Equal Employment OpportunityLogicom is committed to providing equal employment opportunities for all regardless of their race, colour, sex/gender, religion, age, marital status, cultural background, disability, nationality, and political opinion.
