Role Overview : As the Head of Business Development, you will lead the strategic direction, scaling operations, and driving revenue growth. This role requires close collaboration with leadership teams, managing cross-functional departments, and ensuring alignment with the company's vision. You will play a crucial role in business expansion and client engagement, driving operational and financial targets. Key Responsibilities : Business Strategy & Growth :
- Develop and implement strategies to accelerate growth and achieve long-term business objectives.
- Identify and explore new market opportunities and revenue streams.
- Lead initiatives to expand the client base, form strategic partnerships, and enter new markets.
- Drive profitability by optimizing operational efficiency and diversifying revenue sources.
- Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure business growth aligns with financial targets.
- Collaborate with growth, operations, tech, and product teams to maximize profitability.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Oversee client engagement strategies to ensure top-tier service delivery and satisfaction.
- Lead negotiations for high-value contracts and strategic partnerships.
- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless coordination between departments.
- Manage resource allocation, including budgets and talent acquisition.
- Monitor and improve operational efficiencies by setting up processes that support business growth.
- Build, inspire, and lead a high-performing business development team.
- Foster a culture of learning, collaboration, and innovation within the organization.
- Mentor department heads and guide key business decisions.

- MBA or relevant business qualifications.
- 15+ years of senior leadership experience in business development, sales, or strategy, preferably within tech, loyalty, or B2B service industries.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and leading impactful business strategies.
- Experience in digital transformation, loyalty management, or SaaS platforms is a plus.
