Head of Business Development We are seeking a dynamic Head of Business Development for our client, a leading customer engagement solutions company headquartered in Bangalore. This is an exciting leadership opportunity to shape business strategies, drive growth, and expand market presence. The company specializes in delivering cutting-edge loyalty programs and customer engagement solutions, leveraging technology and data-driven insights to create value for clients. Role Overview : As the Head of Business Development, you will lead the strategic direction, scaling operations, and driving revenue growth. This role requires close collaboration with leadership teams, managing cross-functional departments, and ensuring alignment with the company's vision. You will play a crucial role in business expansion and client engagement, driving operational and financial targets. Key Responsibilities : Business Strategy & Growth :

  • Develop and implement strategies to accelerate growth and achieve long-term business objectives.
  • Identify and explore new market opportunities and revenue streams.
  • Lead initiatives to expand the client base, form strategic partnerships, and enter new markets.
Revenue & Profitability :
  • Drive profitability by optimizing operational efficiency and diversifying revenue sources.
  • Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure business growth aligns with financial targets.
  • Collaborate with growth, operations, tech, and product teams to maximize profitability.
Client Relationships :
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Oversee client engagement strategies to ensure top-tier service delivery and satisfaction.
  • Lead negotiations for high-value contracts and strategic partnerships.
Operational Leadership :
  • Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless coordination between departments.
  • Manage resource allocation, including budgets and talent acquisition.
  • Monitor and improve operational efficiencies by setting up processes that support business growth.
Team Leadership & Development :
  • Build, inspire, and lead a high-performing business development team.
  • Foster a culture of learning, collaboration, and innovation within the organization.
  • Mentor department heads and guide key business decisions.
  1. Digital Transformation :
  • Spearhead digital initiatives to enhance client experience and streamline internal processes.
  • Collaborate with product and tech teams to incorporate emerging technologies into service offerings.

  • Strategic mindset with a forward-thinking approach.
  • Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong financial acumen with the ability to interpret financial data.
  • Outstanding negotiation and communication abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Qualifications :
  • MBA or relevant business qualifications.
  • 15+ years of senior leadership experience in business development, sales, or strategy, preferably within tech, loyalty, or B2B service industries.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and leading impactful business strategies.
  • Experience in digital transformation, loyalty management, or SaaS platforms is a plus.
