Our established company is looking for a Legal Advisor / Verification Analyst to join our B-BBEE Department in Cape Town.
We are seeking to employ a well-organized Legal Advisor / Verification Analyst within the Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment (B-BBEE) environment. The ideal candidate should be a team player as well as an individual performer that is willing to work in a fast-paced and deadline driven environment.- LLB/BCom/BA Law with completed articles or other similar qualification or extensive experience in the field of B-BBEE legislation and compliance is a must.
- Knowledgeable on the B-BBEE Codes andall Sector Codes.
- Fully computer literate.
- Numerical proficiency.
- Strong administrative and excellent communication skills.
- Fluent in Afrikaans and English.
- The candidate must be able to work under pressure.
- Self-starter with a high level of integrity and accountability.
- Must have own reliable transport.
Your daily duties will include but not be limited to:
- Consult with portfolio of clients on BEE requirements, BEE targets and overall BEE needs.
- Guide clients to implement BEE strategies effectively.
- Prepare preliminary rating for clients before verification.
- Prepare verification files for clients for submission at external Verification Agencies and manage verification process.
