As a Product Manager, you will be at the helm of our product development process, guiding cross-functional teams to bring cutting-edge travel tech solutions to life. - Product Strategy and Roadmap: Define and own the product strategy, translating business objectives and customer needs into a clear and actionable product roadmap.
- Market and User Research: Conduct market research, gather customer insights, and analyze user feedback to identify opportunities and prioritize features.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure alignment on product goals, define requirements, and coordinate successful launches.
- Feature Prioritization and Development: Prioritize features based on impact, feasibility, and alignment with business goals. Oversee the entire development process, from concept to release.
- Performance Tracking and Optimization: Set key performance indicators (KPIs) for products and features, analyze product performance, and implement changes to drive growth and improvement.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, implementing learnings to enhance product offerings and user experience.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven 3+ years of experience in product management, with a successful track record of launching and scaling products.
- Strong data analysis and problem-solving abilities, with experience in using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel) to drive decisions.
- Proven experience in conducting market research, user testing, and data analysis to inform product decisions.
- A passion for understanding customer needs and delivering user-centered products.
- Exceptional Leadership and communication skills, able to convey complex concepts.
- Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment and adapt to changing priorities.
