Possess Diploma / ITE / GCE Levels Cert – With AT LEAST 1-2 Years of Related Working Experience. **
Independent, Able to Work as a Team to Meet Deadlines.
Using Microsoft Excel, Word and Familiar With MYOB , QuickBooks , Reckon Accounting.
YOUR ROLE;
- Daily Recording Employees’ O/T Hours , Attendance , Sales Figure.
- Monthly Calculates Step-By-Step Payroll for Up to 100 Pax. F&B Staffs.**
- Prepare & Submit IR21 , CPF , Tax to Local Authorizations
- Reconcile & Submit Monthly Sales Report , Employees HR Report to the Management Office
- 80% & Payroll Computing + 20% HR Admin Duty ).
Training & Guidance By Payroll Manager
8:30 am to 5:30 pm / Monday to Friday / Central Town HQ Office – Nearest MRTs – Redhill**
PERM Staff Benefits + CPF + AWS ( 13 Months )
Proposed Starting Monthly Salary 2600 SGD – (To Be Reviewed / Re-ajustment / Increment Subjected ) **
