Your mission
Why this role:- O.T.E €60k (uncapped commission)
- €30k - €32k basic salary depending on experience
- Company Car & Fuel Card
- Daily lunch allowance

- Achieve and exceed sales targets
- Handle objections effectively during customer interactions
- Maintain a high-level working knowledge of all products and services
- Deliver exceptional customer service as the face of eir
- Actively listen and understand customers’ needs
- Provide customers with the right solutions that meet their needs
- Be available to work from 11am to 8pm Monday to Friday
Your profile
Requirements for a successful Sales Executive application:- Full clean EU manual driving license is essential - An automatic licence is not sufficient for this position
- Target driven, with a strong sales focus and desire to exceed
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Assertive, confident, competitive, and energetic
- Self-motivated and able to push through rejection to deliver sales KPIs
- Competitive individual with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Excellence in the English Language – written and spoken
- Knowledge of telecommunications industry a plus
- Previous door-to-door selling experience advantageous but not essential
