As we scale, we are looking for a passionate and experienced recruitment professional to play a key role in building and expanding our business.

The Role: As a Principal Recruitment Consultant, you'll have the unique opportunity to work directly with the Managing Director to shape our recruitment strategies and build a network of top-tier clients and candidates in the mission-critical sector. As one of the early employees, you will also be offered equity in the company, giving you a direct stake in our growth and success.

Responsibilities:

Take ownership of the full recruitment lifecycle, from business development to candidate placement, within the mission-critical sector.

Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates, acting as a trusted recruitment partner.

Develop and execute strategies to source top talent for data centers, pharma, and cleantech projects.

Use your industry knowledge to match high-quality candidates with client needs, ensuring a strong fit for both.

Collaborate closely with the MD to refine and grow our recruitment services and meet business goals.

Mentor and guide junior consultants as the team grows.

What We're Looking For:

3-6 years of recruitment agency experience, ideally within a technical or niche sector within contract recruitment.

Proven track record of business development and client relationship management.

A driven self-starter with a passion for delivering results and exceeding targets.

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and high-growth environment.

A desire to take on leadership responsibilities as the team expands.
