FAMCO is an ISO 9001:2008 & ISO 14001:2004 certified company.Job Responsibilities:* P&L responsibility for all business activities relating to Rental and Leasing in the region.* Enhance market intelligence and develop & implement marketing plans to exploit opportunities for market share, revenue, and profitability growth in Rental.* Lead, control, and motivate the Rental & Remarketing team to achieve budgeted Rents/Sales, gross margins, and net contributions for Rental Units.* Effectively control costs and safeguard the assets and interests of the Company.Minimum Requirements:* 7 years of experience in Sales & Marketing, with a minimum of 2 years in senior management.* B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering or a 4-year degree in Business Administration.* Familiarity with safety and risk management regulations.* Understanding of basic accounting.* Professional demeanor.* Full knowledge of MS Office products, especially Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.Competency Profile:* Strong leadership, planning, organizing, team player, target-oriented, analytical ability, communication skills, market awareness, strategic planning, and selling skills.* Competent in understanding modern machinery construction methods and linking features with benefits.* Competent in analyzing market situations and making decisions regarding quantity to be ordered, model mix, and pricing.* Strong sales, communication, and interpersonal skills.* Understanding of DOT regulations.* Knowledge of human resource and personnel compliance issues.* Ability to interface with various types and levels of customers and employees.
