1. EXPORT OPERATION - PROFESSIONAL,

Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping lines, airlines, and other logistics providers to arrange sea, air, or land transportation for exports.
Choose the most suitable transportation method to optimize cost and time.
Monitor the entire process of cargo loading, shipping, or air freight to ensure timely and safe dispatch.
Customs Clearance
Prepare and submit export customs documents, such as customs declarations and certificates of origin.
Communicate with customs and inspection departments to ensure smooth clearance.
Address any issues that may arise during customs clearance, such as inspections or duty adjustments.
Document Management and Filing
Create and review export-related documents to ensure compliance with international trade standards and customer requirements.
Archive all export documents, ensuring they are readily accessible for future reference.
Update export records in the system to ensure data accuracy.

2. CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICER
Order ManagementReceive and confirm customer orders, ensuring all order details are accurate.
Schedule shipments based on customer requirements and provide timely order status updates.
Assist customers with order modifications, cancellations, and special requests.
Customer Communication and Relationship Management
Maintain regular communication with customers via phone, email, and instant messaging, providing timely logistics information and order tracking updates.
Address customer inquiries regarding products, shipping schedules, and transportation methods.
Conduct periodic customer satisfaction surveys, gather feedback, and improve service quality.
Shipping Coordination and Tracking
Coordinate with warehouses, logistics providers, and freight forwarders to ensure timely shipment according to customer requests.
Monitor the transportation process and promptly inform customers of shipment status and any irregularities.
Follow up on the final delivery status to ensure customers receive their goods correctly.
After-Sales Support and Complaint Handling
Handle post-sale issues, including product quality concerns, transportation damages, and quantity discrepancies.
Assist customers with claims and coordinate solutions with relevant departments.

3. FIELD WORKERS
Requires strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, along with knowledge of shipping processes. These skills help improve the efficiency of yard operations and ensure timely shipment of goods.1. Cargo Management in the Yard
Responsible for receiving, storing, and managing cargo in the yard, ensuring proper classification and orderly placement.
Regularly inspect the condition of goods in the yard to ensure they are safe and undamaged.
Arrange cargo loading and storage locations according to the shipping schedule.
2. Coordination of Import and Export Operations
Coordinate the loading, unloading, and in/out operations of cargo to ensure smooth processes.
Communicate closely with freight forwarders, truck drivers, and warehouse departments to arrange for the entry and exit of containers and trucks.
Supervise the loading and unloading processes to ensure goods are loaded into containers safely and on time.
3. Record Management
Prepare and manage relevant documents and records, such as cargo lists, loading forms, and outbound delivery notes.
Ensure the accuracy and completeness of all documents and file them as required.
Update the system with real-time data on cargo movements in and out of the yard, maintaining the accuracy of the yard management system
4. Handling of Exceptional Issues
Promptly address any issues in the yard operations, such as cargo damage, loading delays, etc.
Analyze the causes of issues and develop preventive measures to reduce operational risks in the future.
Report major incidents to supervisors and suggest improvements.
