Production Engineer

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Production Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for optimizing our production processes, improving efficiency, and ensuring high-quality output. This role requires a hands-on approach and a strong background in engineering and manufacturing. Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and improve production processes to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
• Develop and implement production plans, schedules, and workflows.
• Collaborate with the production team to identify and resolve issues.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Conduct regular maintenance and troubleshooting of production equipment.
• Monitor production metrics and prepare reports for management.
• Implement lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Production Engineer or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of production processes, equipment, and safety standards.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in CAD software and other engineering tools.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.

Certification in production and inventory management (CPIM) or similar
