Compliance Manager

Job Purpose Statement (Summarise in one/two statements why this job exists and the contribution makes to the overall business of the company.) To formulate & review Policy, to comply with RBI regulations, filing returns, correspondences, handling RBI inspections, analysis of RBI notifications and their impact on the industry in general and the organisation in particular. Advising Business on regulatory and review of New Products and process note from regulatory perspective. Eligibility:- Minimum 10yrs of experience in Financial Compliance. Location:- Mumbai Salary:- upto 23lacs/annum Duties and Responsibilities (List in the order of responsibilities of this job) Review new Product, Process Approval Notes. Review Policies and Procedures. Disseminate Various regulatory circulars. Review Policy tracker and follow-up as per the due dates. Follow-up with internal Stake holders for Policy /RBI guidelines implementation. Review Control Framework. Annual RBI inspection and allied compliances – MMFSL Preparation of ad hoc reports and analysis as and when required by the management Key Challenges (List the key tasks performed to support the main objectives of the position) Interpret Regulatory Guideline and provide feedback.
