The position entails the application of medical principles and procedures to prevent, diagnose, manage, and treat illnesses or injuries among the institution's patients, while also fostering overall health as an integral aspect of the clinic's comprehensive responsibilities.Administrative Responsibilities: Participate in the formulation of departmental objectives, initiatives, and operational strategies. Identify essential objectives and corresponding performance indicators for related organizational units, and evaluate their effectiveness. Support organizational units in achieving their objectives and improving service quality. Effectively develop, document, and implement workflows and procedures. Assess the administration's performance in relation to established objectives and initiate corrective measures as needed. Prepare and manage the annual budget, ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Generate regular reports that outline the activities and successes of the administration. Maintain knowledge of developments in medical sciences and technologies by participating in scientific events. Draft medical reports pertaining to work-related injuries and cases referred to hospitals. Produce medical leave reports for patients, adhering to internal policies. Collaborate with the team to cultivate positive working relationships. Familiarize oneself with the authority's regulations and organizational policies. Contribute to the continual improvement of daily operations. Specialized Duties: Welcome patients and conduct initial physical assessments to identify potential health concerns. Assess clinical evaluations to determine the necessary medical tests. Interpret test results, establish diagnoses, and provide appropriate follow-up care. Comply with the guidelines set forth by the Ministry of Health regarding routine examinations. Provide immediate care for minor injuries sustained in the workplace. Manage emergency situations and render first aid assistance as needed. Participate in health promotion activities and advocate for safety measures. Oversee the first aid training for agency personnel. Identify emergency situations and requirements in the fields of general medicine and dentistry. Train nursing staff to deliver effective patient care. Maintain patient confidentiality to uphold professionalism and trust. Perform additional duties within the scope of expertise as assigned by the direct supervisor. Requirements Academic Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Medicine. Professional Experience: Minimum of three years of pertinent experience. Specific Skills/Requirements: Familiarity with recognized medical practices.
