Business Development Director Amsterdam

Manna is rapidly growing. As our Business Development Director, you build and manage the ever-growing demand for our lead generation services. In this way, you play an important role in the further growth of our company and close partnerships with top advertisers. You onboard new clients by prospecting, qualifying, and generating new business and be the first point of contact for these new clients. You will primarily build and develop our Insurance/Financial/Home improvement vertical.ResponsibilitiesProspecting, qualifying, and onboarding new clients oriented towards the Insurance, Financial, and Home improvement lead generation vertical.Building and leading a core sales team.Owning and hitting/exceeding annual sales targets within assigned territory and accounts.Maintaining sales volume by tracking changing trends, economic indicators, competitors, and supply and demand.Managing clients' accounts, maintaining and up-selling accounts to reach business objectives and targets.Constantly looking for ways to grow revenue amongst the current client base and work with the relevant Manna team to make it happen.Co-shaping our company business proposition for the insurance and home improvement vertical.RequirementsAt least 4+ years of previous experience in Sales in the lead generation industry, preferably in the Insurance/Financial/Home improvement vertical.Good understanding of Performance Marketing.Strong network in one of the following verticals: Finance, Home Improvement, and Insurance Lead generation vertical.Experience in a similar position - an advantage.Ability to work independently as well as in a team.Good interpersonal skills.The right person must be pro-active, professional, motivated, organized, responsible, thorough, and demonstrate a passion for excellence and success.
