Senior Corporate Transactions Manager Dublin 2 (Hybrid) €DOE This leader in Capital Markets advisory are hiring an experienced professional to manage an advisory team, and deliver excellent service level to clients in line with the annual strategy. You will have a professional qualification with a strong track record in delivering company secretarial services within Financial Securities area. You will oversee the team re: compliance, Transactional and Corporate obligations, escalation point for the team, hands on with new transactions, getting involved in projects around legislation changes, liaise with internal finance, leadership and business development teams, and keeping up to date with market trends. It is expected you will have at least 5 years in a similar industry with people management experience or ready to step up into this role after several years of delivering in a relationship role.
