Prompt Engineer Team Lead

JD In Detail – Introduction As we continue to push the boundaries of AI, we recognize the crucial role of high-quality prompt engineering in enhancing the performance and utility of our AI models. We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Prompt Engineer to join our team and contribute to the development of cutting-edge AI systems. Job Responsibilities Required: At least 4 – 8 years of total experience and proven experience in content and prompt engineering or a related role in the AI and Chatbots domain is preferred. Experience in Team Handling Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a passion for language and storytelling. Ability to think creatively and solve problems, adapting to new challenges and changing priorities. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail to evaluate and optimize prompts. Ability to collaborate effectively with a cross-functional team. Any content writing/prompt writing certification would be an added advantage. Candidates who appeared/prepared for any English proficiency certification such as IELTS, TOEFL, CELPIP, TOEIC, or Cambridge English (KET, PET, FCE, CAE, and CPE) would be an added advantage. Preferred: Familiarity with programming languages and scripting skills. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, linguistics, writing, or a related field. Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, linguistics, writing, or a related field. Having a Master’s or PhD in the above fields would be an added advantage. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and experience with relevant libraries and frameworks is preferred.
